Josh Odegard provides some of the best customer service I’ve experienced when buying a vehicle. Unfortunately, I’ve had to purchase three vehicles over the past year—none of them were planned. First, I bought a Ford Edge. Then I leased a Kia, which was later totaled. When I needed another vehicle, I reached back out to Josh, and from the very first interaction, he was just as understanding, patient, and never once made me feel pressured. His priority is making sure you find the vehicle that’s right for you, and he truly puts the customer first. This most recent purchase wasn’t planned either. I went back and forth to the dealership three different times and test drove several vehicles because I wasn’t sure what I wanted. Josh never rushed me or pushed me toward a decision. Once I found the Jeep I wanted, it needed some deep cleaning on the seats and throughout the interior. Josh had it in the shop on Monday to be professionally detailed, and it was ready for me to pick up the very next day. The finance team deserves recognition as well. They made the entire process quick, easy, and seamless. I was in and out in about 45 minutes, and everything was explained clearly. I will absolutely recommend Josh and the entire team to anyone I know who is looking for a vehicle. They’ve earned my trust and my business, and when it’s time for my next vehicle, I’ll definitely be back.

Hi Im Jonathan Garcia and I bought a 2021 toyota Rav4 about a month ago now and I love it! Whilst I was making decisions to buy the vehicle, the staff were super helpful, kind and friendly with plenty more. As a first time buyer i would definitely return! Also I wanted to mention that the gentleman who first approached us “Ahmed Mohamed” was one of the nicest people I know, he was patient and helped us with every question we had and would go the extra mile for us! Reason for giving a 4 star is because I went looking to trade in my 2024 Kia Soul that was in excellent condition and low miles. I had just detailed it so it spotless inside. Online description of vehicle was not even close to what the vehicle was. It was a stormy day so looking it over in the rain was difficult. Showed it had AppleCare play, heated seats, heated mirrors, and side mirror blinkers all of which it did NOT have .Salesman said well a good Christmas gift to yourself you can pay $500 to get heated seats. And said I can buy navigation system to put in there. The salesman was great at trying to solve the applecar play but it clearly doesn’t have it. And was quick to get some minor holes in a seat fixed. Which was not noticeable due to the quick sale and stormy day not being to fully look it over. The vehicle HAD NEVER BEEN DETAILED. I spent 3 hours of my time once I got it home cleaning it out. Pet hair all over, water bottle caps in it, some sort of glue in many spots that I’m still working to get them off. Had I been given options to look at other vehicles and it had been detailed and online description correct I would of given a 5 star review.

Ali was the one who helped me and he was great! Very kind and helpful in the sense of making the process comfortable, he was adamant on making sure I found the car I love.

Prior to 2020, I was a loyal Toyota SUV owner. However, due to limited inventory during the pandemic, I purchased a pre-owned Kia Telluride from Tom Cadillac Kia for the 10 year 100,000 mile warranty. My experience with both the vehicle and the dealership’s service department has been exceptional. Compared to the Toyota Highlander, the Telluride offers a superior feature set at a lower price. I intend to return to Tom Cadillac Kia for my next vehicle purchase.

Having taken my business only to my local Kia dealership for the last 15 years, I was nervous to travel a couple hundred miles to buy a new car from an unfamiliar dealership. Jamie didn't try any manipulation tactics to get me in the door-- he patiently listened to my questions and was willing to call me back as many times as it took to answer each one. Had he not been so transparent and communicative, I would have struggled to talk myself into making the drive to buy a car out of state. He ultimately won my trust; I drove there same-day and left with my new car a few hours later (including the time it took to obtain financing through Kia, which was also seamless)! Jamie's professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile are well worth the drive. My son is looking for a car now, so my family is looking forward to another great experience with Jamie soon! Honorable mention to the finance person, too, because he was also a pleasure to work with! 10/10 new car buying experience. I can't recommend them enough!

Tom Kadlec Kia has a superior service department that truly understands your vehicle and doesn't try and over sell any service. They are very thorough when working on your car, and the service waiting area is always very clean. I highly recommend this dealership.

I had a great experience test driving and then purchasing my 2026 Sportage . Josh O was very helpful and knowledgeable and the whole process felt easy. I love my new ride!

Tim was one of the very few I encountered that was pleasant and friendly from start to finish. End up purchasing a 2025 telluride sx because of him. Just planed on stopping in and checking one out. But after working with him end up buying one. Make sure if you go there ask for him once again he was awesome.

Though I didn't buy a car, Isaiah was great. I specifically came in to look at and test drive a Kia Telluride after I looked at a Toyota Highlander and test drove Toyota Grand Highlander Hybrid. Isaiah asked me good questions about my wants and needs. I liked the Telluride but was not excited and the Toyota Grand Highlander still topped my list. I know Isaiah was disappointed. A another person came in, I think his name was Mike. He really tried to sell me something. But I really new what I was looking for, it wasn't just about buying a car. He went through a few financial scenarios, explaining what the difference may be between buying the Grand Highlander or Telluride at .9% interest rate and a leasing option. I did appreciate him explaining about leasing because I never thought about it, and I learned something new. They didnt offer me a reasonable trade in for my 2013 Highlander, $3500 for it and KBB had I'd between 3500- 6500. But it wasn't all about the price, it was about my wants and needs. He suggested other vehicles but I knew I was not interested in those options. He even stated that they had a number of cars on the Honda lot, and he asked, "With all the vehicles we have, there's nothing else I'd consider?" I told him "no". We spent a considerable amount of time with him trying to convince me and I cordially listened and declined. I know Isaiah's job is to sell cars and it's his livelihood. Isaiah even followed up with me a few days later to see if I found one and I told him I did. He asked me, "What could I have done better? I told him nothing. He did a great job! It was me, not him. I was very focused on my wants and needs. He was personable, respectful and curious. I appreciated his approach. I came in for a specific reason. He answered all my questions and I test drove with Telluride. He may feel like he failed, but he didn't. I left with more knowledge then I came in with to make an informed decision. Again, it wasn't just about buying anything, it was about meeting my wants and needs. I'd give Isaiah five stars but only gave three for this review because of my interaction with Mike who I don't believe was really listening to understand but just wanted to get me in a vehicle, even if it wasn't what I really wanted. But I was not going to just settle even if the interest rate was .9 for the Telluride because I wasn't overly excited about the car after I test drove it. I ended up buying a Nissan Pathfinder Platinum with a 0% interest rate from a different dealership and they offered me $4500 for my Highlander.
