Upon our arrival, we were greeted with a friendly and knowledgeable Zach Van Nurden. He was extremely helpful and we lived his upbeat attitude! We even recommended him to my parents, and they also bought a vehicle from him.
Went in looking for an exact trim level / interior / exterior for a new Telluride. Did not have it on the lot. The sales staff did a great job finding the exact vehicle we were looking for and getting it to us to purchase through Tom Kadlec Kia. Overall it was a very good experience with both the Sales Staff (Jamie) and Finance (Adam).

I had car trouble close to Rochester and this dealer took my car, found out I had an extended warranty on it, did the repair and got me a loaner in the meantime. It was amazing! Wish they were in Minneapolis!
Good experience overall, they checked up throughout our weeks looking but we never felt overwhelmed. Taylor was very helpful in sharing information on the models we looked at and setting up test drives. Prices are about average based on the multiple dealers we looked at. Staff was friendly, always offered us coffee, water, etc. while we looked around. This is our first Kia, loved the Tellurides we test drove but wanted to try an EV and are happy in our choice of the EV9. If your looking for a new car I'd recommend stopping in here.

I'm consistently impressed with the service at Tom Kadlec Kia. Every oil change has been done within 30 minutes and they've got coffee, snacks, and wifi for me to work while I briefly wait. The fact that they supply a car wash coupon after each oil change is just icing on the cake! With coupons, the oil change price is reasonable as well!
We dealt with Tom Kadlec Kia in Rochester. They were helpful and courteous with us in dealing. Salesman Isaac Cervantes was very helpful. After purchasing our vehicle I returned two weeks later with a list of questions on the operating of it, where to find certain buttons, etc. He took all the time I needed in reviewing the systems.

The Service Department employees are friendly and helpful. Despite sometimes having issues scheduling an appointment online, once I'm there, my vehicle is usually in and out of the shop quickly. I appreciate the extra efforts I see when the car gets vacuumed, but that can be hit or miss. I suppose that depends on how busy any given day is. Sometimes something small has gotten overlooked but has been remedied without issue. One recommdation is to try to take advantage of coupons or special offers when you find them.
I have gotten 2 vehicles from Tom Kadlec Kia, and it's been a great experience both times. I have been open about what my budget is and what I feel comfortable spending, and they respect that and have found me the best vehicle within my budget each time instead of trying to stretch what I'd be comfortable spending. Having a dealership you trust is important, and I definitely trust the folks down at Tom Kadlec.
